Exchanges

All sales are final, but we offer a replacement for the defective product if the product has not been removed from its transparent envelope in any way: the envelope is sealed with an anti-tamper seal. We cannot replace prostheses that have tampered with the transparent envelope.

Shipping

To return your product, you should send an email to postsale@ftmshopping.it with your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you want us to manage your shipping via UPS, the shipping cost will be of 30$ from the USA, 20$ from Europe. For other countries, costs can increase/decrease.

Sadly, we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so we recommend you obtain a tracking code from your shipping service.
