Often, these devices are physically interacted with more than they are merely observed; therefore, it is essential that the materials used meet a series of rigorous requirements. They must be soft to the touch, capable of absorbing and retaining body heat to mimic a natural human temperature, and possess a lifelike texture. Crucially, they must exhibit a varied, non-uniform consistency\u2014firmer in some areas and more yielding in others\u2014to accurately reflect the underlying anatomical structures. Achieving this &#8216;real touch&#8217; effect is an incredibly complex task that requires working with a sophisticated combination of different materials and varying silicone densities.
